At this industrial rubber manufacturer, during the process of transporting rubber gaskets with a parts feeder, there were instances where the rubber gaskets would stick to the parts feeder due to plasticizers that came out from inside the gaskets or release agents that adhered to their surfaces. The rubber gaskets that got stuck were reportedly removed manually. Therefore, they consulted with us and adopted "Toshical S TS-1800." After applying a coating to the areas where the parts feeder's workpieces come into contact, the long-standing issue of rubber gasket adhesion was eliminated, significantly contributing to the streamlining of the production process.
